Man Natura
Brussels non-profit · since 2013

Eating well shouldn't be a privilege.

Man Natura connects small producers with the people of Brussels: eight weekly pick-up points, a street food festival drawing thousands, and corporate events sourced straight from local farms.

Three ways we act

Talking wasn't enough. So we built the channels that were missing.

Short chain · Crowdfarming

Short supply chain

Since 2013 we've run weekly pick-up points across Brussels on the Crowdfarming network (formerly The Food Assembly). You order online, the producer prepares, you collect.

Festival

Two weekends a year, around thirty kitchens from here and elsewhere, thousands of visitors and one rule: we eat well. Free and open to everyone.

Tailor-made events

Corporate events

We build corporate receptions around local products: cheesemakers, butchers, growers, bakers, brewers. The same network as our pick-up points, put to work for your event.

What we believe

Buying local should be a reflex, not an effort.

We started by talking: conferences, debates and evenings about what's really on our plates. Talking stopped being enough very quickly.

So we opened pick-up points, professionalised the distribution, and built festivals around good cooking. Fair prices for the producer, real service for the customer, and pleasure as the starting point.

The collections, the festival, the producers — all year round.

You grow it. We get it to the city.

Growers, cheesemakers, bakers, brewers, butchers: if you're looking for outlets in Brussels without losing your margin, let's talk. Our events are open to new producers too.
