Who we are

Man Natura is a Belgian non-profit association (asbl/vzw) based in Brussels. It is the controller responsible for the personal data processed through this site. Its company number is: BE 0567.836.713.

What we collect, and why

Contact form. We ask for your name, your email, your message and, if you choose to give them, a phone number and a subject. This message is emailed to team@mannatura.org via Resend, and kept as ordinary email correspondence. It is not stored in any database — this site has none.

Newsletter. We use double opt-in: your email address is only stored once you click the confirmation link sent by email. Until it's confirmed, it isn't stored anywhere; it only travels inside a signed link that expires after 24 hours. Once confirmed, it's kept in a Resend Audience. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing us at team@mannatura.org.

Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, a cookieless measurement tool that does not personally identify you. That is precisely why this site shows no cookie banner: measurement that uses no cookies and no personal data does not require consent.

The only cookie this site sets is NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your language choice and nothing else.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages are kept like any ordinary business correspondence, for as long as needed to answer and follow up. A confirmed newsletter address stays in the Resend Audience until you unsubscribe — via the link in every email, or by writing to team@mannatura.org at any time. An unconfirmed address is never stored: it disappears when the confirmation link expires after 24 hours. Analytics data is aggregated, cookieless and not personally identifying: it can't be traced back to you individually.

Who else sees it

Two technical providers process data on our behalf, as processors. Resend handles our email — the contact form and the newsletter — from Ireland, region eu-west-1. Vercel hosts this site. No other third party has access, and we never sell or share your data for commercial purposes.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you
• have it corrected if it's inaccurate
• request its erasure
• object to its processing
• request its portability
• lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority
